Duties And Responsibilities:
• Formulation Of Strategies To Execute Day To Day Processes Which Are Timely And Efficient
• Management And Optimization Of Best Practice Processes
• Complying To Enacted Regulations At All Times
• Detecting Counterfeit Notes
• Accurate Archiving Customer Data And Documents
• Ensuring Transactions By Dealers Match Confirmation From Counterparties
• Accurate Capturing Of Investment Portfolio And Maintaining Investment Register
• Maintenance Of Tracking Journals
• Monitoring Compliance Of Dealer Limits And Authorisation Of Deals
• Monitoring And Reconciling Retail Banking Suspense Accounts
• Addressing Audit Issues And Business Risk Management
• Training And Evaluating Staff
Qualifications And Experience:
• B.Com Banking And Finance, Mba, Iobz Or Equivalent Qualification
• Holding a Masters Degree Will Be An Added Advantage
• Three Years Working In An Operations And Treasury Environment
• Ms Office Proficiency
• Excellent Communication Skills
