An Exciting Opportunity Has Been Availed And Our Client Is Looking To Engage A Payroll Administrator For One Of Their SBUs. The Incumbent Will Be In Charge Of The Overall Payroll Management, Accurate And Timely Payroll Processing Which Include Payroll Packaging, Leave Administration And Statutory Administration. The Incumbent Must Have a Degree In Accounting/ Administration, Be Proficient In Belina Package, Have At least 3 Years’ Work-Related Experience In a Similar Position And Possess Good Analytical Skills.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring That All Authorized Payroll Transactions Are Processed Efficiently.
Collecting, Calculating, And Entering Data To Maintain And Update Payroll Data.
Resolving Payroll Discrepancies.
Ensuring The Employees’ Personal Details And Files Are Kept Up To Date.
Updating Leave Records Monthly And Ensuring That All Leave Forms Have Been Authorised Before Processing.
Ensuring That All Payroll Statutes (Paye, Nssa, Zimdef, Sdf, Nec, Pension, Medical Aid) Are Reconciled And Paid On Time Meeting The Statutory Deadlines.
Maintaining Payroll Operations By Following Laid-Down Policies And Procedures.
Maintenance Of All Salary Records To Meet Statutory Requirements.
Liaising With Various Unit Hr Officers/Managers To Ensure That All Relevant Documentation Is Received And Processed Relating To New Starters, Leavers And Any Other Contractual Changes.
Assist With Ad-Hoc Investigations And Reports.
Preparing Payroll Reports.
Responding To Employee Questions About Compensation, Taxes, Benefits, And Deductions.
Any Other Duties As Delegated From Time To Time By The Line Manager.
