Keeping Official Records Of Payments And Contracts.
Working With Land Registry Documents And Title Deeds.
Carrying Out Checks Prior To Drafting Contracts To See If There Are Any Structural Issues With The Property.
Dealing With The Transfer Of Mortgage Deeds.
Experience And Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate Must Have a Law Degree
A Minimum Of 5 Years Working Experience In a Similar Role Is Required
Must Be Able To Communicate Advice To Clients And Work With Estate Agents And Solicitors.
