Screening Telephone Calls, Taking Messages And Responding To Queries
Arranging Domestic And International Flights, Transportation, And Accommodation
Managing The Executives' Personal And Business Diaries
Coordinating Meetings, Conference Calls, And Interviews
Preparing For Board Meetings, Which Includes Drafting Agendas, Gathering And Printing All Necessary Documents, And Organizing Refreshments
Organizing Company Functions
Forwarding Or Replying To Emails And Correspondence Addressed To The Executive
Compiling And Submitting Expense Reports To The Executive
Performing Personal Errands As Required

Experience And Qualifications
Late 30 To Early 40 Years
Must Be a Bit Technical
Highly Computer Literate
