A leading retail business seeks to hire a Stores Clerk to join their team. Candidates with exceptional organizational skills are invited to apply for this position. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years experience in the Retail and Wholesale Market. Incumbent must have previous experience dealing with hardware and PPE or goods from a similar industry. A relevant degree qualification is necessary and the incumbent must have a clean driver's licence.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Sourcing and procurement of stock
Check stores, data entries and ensure that balances of entry tally with actual quantities
Receiving stock from suppliers
Raising goods received vouchers
Posting supplier invoices in pastel
Coding stocks for easy identification and put stocks in their respective categories
Producing re-order levels for inventory stocks
Collation of purchased items
Sourcing quotations from suppliers
Perform stocktaking periodically
Matching delivery notes or invoices with orders and physical counting and checking deliveries
