Our client in the medical field is seeking for a Team Leader to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of all processes and protocols of operations in warehouse, as well as engagement of stakeholders to increase business as well as ensuring operational efficiencies.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain targets for operational efficiencies including service levels of all staff members
• Drives sales and performance of business
• Drives Business growth
• Maintains inventory accuracy of storage and movement
• Oversee all internal and external business
• Manages import activities overseeing the compliance requirements
• Performs and oversees inventory transactions including ordering, receiving, batching & storing as well as sales
• Oversees fulfilment operations - Sales, Marketing, Administration by gatekeeping daily reports and analysis
• Generation of relevant reports
• Management of projects
• Stewardship of all business assets
• Overseeing supervision of the warehouse
• Managing supply chain
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management
• MBA is an added advantage.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in supply chain / distribution / operations
• High preference for pharmaceutical industry experience
• High preference for previous managerial experience
