A Leading Financial Services Group is on the Market To Engage a Premium Services Administrator. The Successful Candidate Will Complete Administrative Duties to Manage Insurance Policies, and Handling Paperwork and Contracts Daily. Exceptional Time Management and People Skills are Required.

Responsibilities Will Include:-
• Supports Insurance teams (sales, underwriting, adjusters, agents) by providing accurate management data as needed
• Reviews insurance contracts for clients on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and efficiency when filing
• Provides risk management duties by proving relevant information
• Supports in evaluating circumstances that affect the purchase of policies, through research and data collection.
• Ensures, and checks that all insurance certificates are compliant with applicable statutes and regulations
• Handles the insurance claims paperwork as required, file official related documents
• Reviews the contract agreements and any payment history to ascertain the status of the policy
• Manages property inspections from time to time as required.
• Supports and maintains budget plans, keeps records and reports up to date
• Organize and schedule meetings and events
• Provide administrative activities, prepare, attend and note for client meetings as required

Applicants Must Hold:-
• Minimum-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Risk Management or equivalent.
• Administration qualification
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• 1+ years of experience in an Admin/Insurance environment
• Experience within the Insurance environment (Underwriting/Operation)
