Our client in the ICT sector seeks to employ an Operations Manager. The Ideal Candidate Shall Be Responsible for building a new client base and retaining the current customers. Applicants Must Have at least three years' experience in the same or similar role.

Duties and Responsibilities

Overseeing budgets and any changes in budgets;
Taking care of inventory checks and stock control;
Making sure that all safety regulations and other company policies are followed;
Documenting procedures;
Reporting on any changes in the company’s processes;
Shaping and managing teams and projects;
Monitoring overall productivity and implementing new strategies for increasing efficiency;
Reviewing workloads and human resources to make sure that the company’s objectives are met;
Ensuring employee satisfaction;
Supporting all functions inherent in the business to work together effectively.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask
Strong communication skills
