Human Resources Manager - Bulawayo

Our Client a Leading Manufacturing Entity seeks to Engage a Contemporary Human Resources Manager to Oversee the Talent Function For the Entire Business. Applicants Should Have At least 3 Years Prior Experience In a Manufacturing Environment at a Managerial Level. The Ideal Candidate Well Be Versed In Industrial Relations including Employee Engagement, Succession Planning, Labour Laws, and Reward Management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A Degree in Social Science/ Human Resources/Industrial Relations or equivalent
An IPMZ Diploma is An Added Advantage
A Minimum of 3 years experience at a Managerial Level In Manufacturing

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support departments in the development and implementation of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction
Plan, monitor, appraise HR activities by scheduling meetings with employees hearings and resolving grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counseling employees and supervisors
Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to their overall vision
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending Human Resources policies and procedures
Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration
Support current and future business needs through the development, training, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Oversee and manage a performance uprisal system that drives high performance
Report to management and provide support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resources Management.
