Our Client in the Manufacturing Sector is Searching for a Talented and Experienced Head of Sales. The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible for Overseeing Business Growth Efforts on Behalf of the Company. This will Include Overseeing Market Research to Identify New Business Opportunities & Client leads, Managing Risk Assessments, and Maintaining Beneficial Relationships with Key Clients, Suppliers, and Other Business Partners.

Duties and Responsibilities include:-
-Developing the Commercial Strategy and the Commercial Direction of Projects
-Negotiating with Customers, Suppliers and Other Stakeholders
-Building and Managing Relationships with Customers
-Conducting Market Research
-Monitoring the Progress of Projects
-Overseeing the Performance of the Commercial Team
-Providing Direction to the Project Team
-Pursuing new Business Opportunities
-Monitoring Budgeting Expenses
-Identifying and Managing Commercial Risks

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a Relevant Field.
A Minimum of 5 Years Experience in a Similar Role.
In-depth Knowledge of Marketing Techniques and Best Practices.
Capacity to Manage Various SBU and Work to tight Deadlines.
Excellent Negotiation and Leadership Skills.
