Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a seasoned Sales Strategist who will be responsible for using their knowledge of company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales for the employer.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Analyzing market trends to both understand key drivers of revenue performance and also forecast anomalies versus plan
Bring innovative thinking and understanding of the target market
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully working with the sales team
Designing and implementing strategic business plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Sales and Marketing Degree, Master's degree an added advantage
Knowledge of the mining and construction industry
At least 4 years experience
