Our Client in the construction industry is looking to expand their existing skills and experience by bringing on a senior Engineer (FIDIC) to compliment their team. Incumbent must be an experienced Principal Agent / Principal Engineer / Project Manager with a proven track record and FIDIC contract administration experience.
Suitable candidates must have:
# Experience administering large value / complex / multi-storey construction contracts either as a Principal Agent / Principal Engineer / Project Manager.
# Experience with the FIDIC suite of contracts (Preferably FIDIC Red Book, 2017, 2nd Edition version).
# BSc in Civil Engineering/Construction/Project Management
# 5 years on-site construction management experience
# In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.
# Exceptional leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
