Our client in the Hospitality Sector is looking for a seasoned Hotel Manager to handle our hotel’s daily activities and offer strategic guidance. Incumbent must have previous experience in the same role. Incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the hotel and for managing their employees.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Managing the staff, including the office employees, kitchen crew, and receptionists.
To satisfy consumer needs, keep an eye on employee performance and achievement regular evaluations.
Monitoring budgets, finances, and expense reports, and collecting money.
Upon arrival, greet and register visitors.
Solving difficulties with hotel amenities, operations, and rules.
To maximize production, activities are planned and tasks are given to staff.
Developing and implementing a marketing plan to advertise the hotel’s features and services.
Cooperating with outside parties, such as vendors, trip planners, and conference organizers.
