Main Purpose Of Job:
To oversee the day-to-day management of the Investment portfolio by directing operations and driving profitability to create shareholder value. To ensure that Investment business strategies are efficiently and effectively articulated at leadership and operational levels to foster transformation and innovation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Formulates and lead investment strategies and plans ensuring that they align to the Philosophy and customer driven goals
- Leads and oversees the implementation of the Investments portfolio long and short-term investment plans in accordance with group strategy.
- Ensures preservation of business asset portfolios.
- Ensures the compliance with all regulations and corporate governance.
- Monitors the risk, internal controls, business processes to provide adequate and conducive environment for effective business and management performance.
- Oversees and directs Investment management strategies that are based on business intelligence and innovative insights
- Directs the development and adoption of Customer centric Investments products and services
Qualifications And Experience Required
- Minimum-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Management or equivalent.
- Master in Business Administration or Master in Business Leadership or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years at managerial levels

- Thorough understanding of market trends and related dynamics and be able to advice the Board and management accordingly.
- Ability to direct and manage a diverse investment portfolio and management team
