Our client in the Finance sector is looking to employ an Employee Benefits Officer to join their team.The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing employee compensation and benefits, compensation databases, job descriptions, benchmark compensation as well as annual performance reviews.

*Development and design of compensation packages and policies aligned with the organization's strategy
*Assessment of the employees' needs by means of different elevation methods and techniques
*Alignment of all compensation systems to general conditions on the labor market as well as on legal regulations
*Support of managers in their decisions about compensation packages and ways to motivate employees

*Degree in HR management or other related fields
*3-5 years of experience in the same field
*Experience with Belina Payroll is an added advantage
*Practical experience in the field of compensations and benefits advantageous
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
