Responsibilities
• Responsible for ensuring adherence and compliance to laboratory methods and ISO 17025 procedures &
requirements.
• Responsible for compiling QA lab documentation and responsible for document control as per ISO
procedures and/or SOPs
• Follows up on all laboratory customer complaints to ensure adherence to quality processes
• Responsible for carrying out Hygiene inspections as per Food Safety SOPs & Inspections Schedule
Qualifications & Experience
• BSc Degree in Biological Sciences, Applied Chemistry or Biochemistry from a recognized institution.
• ISO17025 Development and implementation, Internal auditing
• At least 3 years’ experience in Laboratory
