Duties and Responsibilities
*Be the brand ambassador in the assigned store.
*Assist customers with the product and colour choice
*Assist the store in ordering stock
*Maintaining and reporting on daily sales
*Merchandising shelf space and ensuring that all product is in a presentable state
*Assist with product launches and installations of promotional point of sale material in participating outlets
*Receiving and communicating customer issues and complaints
*Maintaining stocks of colour cards, an decks and training materials
Experience
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Knowledge of paint and accessories is an added advantage
*Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
*A qualification in sales or Marketing is an added advantage.
