Group Finance Manger

Duties &Responsibilities
-Oversees the Finance & Accounting function of the Group.
-Financial and Accounting system controls and standards used by the Group.
-Ensures timely provision of Group financial and statistical reports for management.
-Ensuring that all accounting functions are accurately and effectively fulfilled.
-Working with Subsidiary heads and subsidiary Finance Managers to prepare budgets, forecasts and other financial plans.
-Working with all Subsidiary heads to ensure that their individual budgets are managed for the most effective and efficient use of financial resources.
-Liaison with external auditors to ensure that audits are properly planned, carried out and that financial reports are prepared within set timelines.
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with internal and external financial management and
regulatory requirements.
- Ensure financial compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications & Experience
-Bachelor of Accounting Degree and MBA is an added advantage.
- Professional Accounting qualification – CIMA/CA/ACCA
-10 years of experience in Finance.
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Detail-oriented with ability to plan and organize in the medium to long-term
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
• Negotiation skills – ability to negotiate, interact and achieve targets
