Duties and Responsibilities:

*Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
*Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
*Tracking consignments to assist with managing delivery times
*Checking paperwork and working with other departments
*Contacting suppliers to obtain relevant paperwork in relation to shipments
*Ensuring documentation is ready for shipments in a timely manner
*Generating reports relating to all import/export and customs activity
*Manage customer expectations to ensure excellent customer service
*Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
*Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
*Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
