Our client in the telecommunications and internet service provision industry is looking for a VSAT Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be reporting to the VSAT Projects Manager and will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

Presenting and selling to potential and existing customers – VSAT.
Crafting strategies for account retention, growth, and new business generation.
Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular face-to-face meetings, telephone, and email communication.
Preparing action plans and identifying specific market targets.
Follow up on new leads and referrals.
Prepare commercial offers, quotations, and proforma invoices for customers.
Actively gather and monitor market intelligence to ensure we remain competitive.
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and sales plans.
Manage customer requirements and expectations during the sales cycle.
Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction with existing services and rectify any account-based issues or disputes.
Preparing monthly/weekly sales reports.
Coordinate and efficiently support distribution Channel partners within your region.
Consolidate the weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports for each Distributor Partner and client.

Qualifications and skills

A Degree in Marketing Management/ Business / Telecoms/IT Qualifications.
An alternative Diploma in Sales and Sales Management
Relevant technical qualifications and certifications are an added advantage
A minimum of 2 years in a similar or related role, with experience in the ICT/Telecoms industry being an advantage
Self-motivated, determined to succeed
Ability to handle pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Availability to travel to different regions.
Requires minimum supervision
