Our client in the telecommunications and internet service provision industry is looking for a Corporate Account Manager which has arisen within the company. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Sales and will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

– Presenting and selling company products and services to potential and existing customers.
– Crafting strategies for account retention, growth, and new business in Key Accounts to meet established KPIs.
– Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular face-to-face meetings, telephone, and email communication.
– Preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the contacts to be made.
– Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports for each client and establishing individual requirements whereby each client receives a bespoke service.
– Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
– Close interaction with the technical team and other Account Executives, to gather, monitor, and analyze performance data and ongoing strategy on a weekly basis throughout the month.
– Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
– Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, quickly escalating any problems that may arise.
– Communicate new product and service opportunities, social developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to management.

Qualifications

– First degree in Marketing Management/ Business or any Commercial degree and/or Telecoms/IT Qualification.
– Relevant technical qualifications and certifications are an added advantage.
– Postgraduate or MBA is an added advantage.
– At least 3 years working experience.
– Good analytical skills.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Work in a small team, self-motivated, determined to succeed
