Our Client In Manufacturing Is Looking To Engage A Workshop Administrator. The Incumbent Will Be Responsible For Planning, Leading, Organizing, and Supervising The Day To Day Activities Of The Workshop
Section, Controlling The Quality Of Repairs, Annual PMS, Implementation of HSEQ Standards, And
Performance Appraisal Of Subordinates. The Ideal Candidate Will Have An Engineering Trade Qualification or Equivalent, At Least 2 years Post Graduate Experience In A Similar Position And Experience In Engineering.
Experience In Dairy Or Food industry Will Be Appreciated. Female Candidates Are Encouraged To Apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and
labour allocation for day to day operations.
*Co-ordinate resources, schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs.
*Ensure supplies are ordered for each job.
*Assist with quoting, project management, materials purchasing and quality checks.
*Provide oversight and check job estimates
*Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with
the Managing Director
*Act as a technical adviser on key projects and other areas of the workshop as requested.
*Discuss with team to identify appropriate course of action.
*Develop and implement systems to record, file and store information pertaining to client
enquiries.
*Track parts being used on equipment and parts from the workshop other consumable to
users and staff and
*Update necessary records Manage inward spares, checking quantities, dispatching goods
and receipting invoices
*Storage, ordering and maintenance of materials & equipment.
