A well-established organization in the Health Sector is looking to hire a Marketing and Client Liaison Officer for their Mutare Branch.
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the position will be responsible for:
Client engagement and visits to enhance business relations
Follow up on business leads and writing new business
Resolve the day to day queries and complaints from clients and providing them support for routine issues
Identify and assess customers’ needs
Keep records of client interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Build sustainable relationships of trust with clients and maintain existing business
Take stock of all marketing material as well as reordering the material
Education and Experience
At least 2 years in a related position
Experienced in Sales, Administration and Account Management
Computer literate and with a class 4 driver’s license
Able to speak and write Shona and English
