Our Client In The Manufacturing Industry Is Looking To Hire A Stores . Candidates With Exceptional Organizational Skills Who Have A Minimum Of Two Years Experience In Stocking, Shipping, Logistics Or Related Fields Are Invited To Apply For This Position.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Sourcing and procurement of stock
Check stores, data entries and ensure that balances of entry tally with actual quantities
Receiving stock from suppliers
Raising goods received vouchers
Posting supplier invoices in pastel
Coding stocks for easy identification and put stocks in their respective categories
Producing re-order levels for inventory stocks
Collation of purchased items
Sourcing quotations from suppliers
Perform stocktaking periodically
Matching delivery notes or invoices with orders and physical counting and checking deliveries
