8. Create a Candidate Persona for Each Open Position
9. Conduct Confidential Interviews
10. Conduct References and Background Checks
11. Present Shortlisted Candidates
12. Present Detailed Candidate Profile Summaries
13. Build Long-Term Client Relationships
14. Research and Develop Recruiting Leads
15. Develop a Sustainable Candidate Lead Strategy
