Incumbent is to be responsible for Human Resources Planning, Recruitment And Selection as well as knowledge of HRIS is an added advantage.Ideal candidate must have at least 3 years experience in a similar position. A First Degree in Human Resources Management is required and a Post Graduate Qualification ie Msc/MBA/MBL is considered an added advantage. IPMZ Qualification is a must.

Duties Include:
*Advise or provide solutions on employment related matters.
*Assist in negotiating collective agreements, employment issues and policies.
*Handle workplace unhappiness and resolve disagreements.
*Plan and organise union events for union members and their families.
*Visit companies to view workplace conditions and meet with workers.
*Work with employers to re-employ older or retired workers, disabled or individuals who want to return to the workforce.
*Work with unions, human resource staff and workers to establish strong relationship.
