An exciting opportunity has been availed as our client seeks a Sales Rep to join their team. Individual must have prior sales experience in the FMCG Manufacturing Industry and a Degree in Marketing. The incumbent has to have the ability to sell products to various clients, handle administration as well as have great people skills.
Achieve trade coverage, call frequency and outlet call plan in order to meet sales targets
Achieve sales objectives of product availability, customer service level, fair trading, stock holding and stock
rotation to ensure company achieves the highest levels of trade and customer satisfaction.
Answer customer questions about specific products
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Manage returns of merchandise
Inform customers about promotions, discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager and Business Development Manager
